“Was it a blessing or a curse?”
If Cui Buqu was forced to pick one, he would say that his photographic memory is a blessing. It doesn't matter much because at the end of the day, he was the only one who truly remembers anyway. But as everything is when it involves a certain oleander, the time spent walking through his memories was different.
Feng Xiao thought it was the least he could do; to make happier memories that Cui Buqu can fondly look back at.

Feng Xiao laughs, melodious and pleasant to the ear. “I also really don’t understand why I like you this much, when you can never reign in that poisonous tongue of yours.”
Cui Buqu is ill and overworking himself, Feng Xiao is trying to bully him into taking a break, and no one has any hidden intentions whatsoever, not at all, nuh-uh. (Also, there is a gratuitous amount of hair kisses because we all know FX loves how CBQ looks with his hair down.)
