Aizawa was holding a piece of notebook paper that had been folded in quarters and tucked in the middle of a notebook. Izuku didn’t recognize it immediately, but when he got a glimpse of the sloppy handwriting, the blood drained from his face.
“Oh my god. I’m so sorry, that shouldn’t be in there. I’m so glad you found it, I can’t imagine if Eri saw…”
“Is this what I think it is?”
Izuku swallowed around the lump in his throat.
Aizawa had found his high school suicide note.
When looking through Izuku's old analysis notebooks from high school, Aizawa finds the suicide note Izuku wrote in his second year at UA. He insists it's all in the past, but re-reading the note sparks some reflection for Izuku. Maybe he's not as okay as he thought.

Izuku Midoriya presented as an omega, but was given a powerful quirk. He hides the fact that he's an omega like he hides the origin of One For All - until his heat comes. He has to go through it, and omegas need the presence of an alpha. With a whole class full of alphas, who will he choose?

Izuku takes an impromptu road trip after High school ends and picks up an unplanned hitchhiker on the way.
Katsuki is just trying to get to Massachusetts and away from the strange, overly-cheery guy who picked him up for some reason.

“Katsuki.”
“Eh- same thing.” Izuku shrugged.
“No, it’s not.” Katsuki clenched his teeth together, grabbing Izuku’s hand and ripping it away from his bag.
“Please get in the car?” Izuku pleaded a little instead of arguing that Katsuro and Katsuki were pretty much the same name.
When Katsuki set his jaw, still not moving, he added, “I have food.”And that’s how Izuku found himself driving down the road with a very pissed-off-looking Katsuki in the passenger seat.

Summary
There are a few things you can't escape when you have a childhood friend no matter how close you are. These are funny anecdotes, nicknames, blackmail and a bond that comes with a certain level of familiarity that only comes from knowing someone their while life whether you wanted to or not. Bakugo and Midoriya aren't special - they have avoided none of these no matter how much Katsuki tries to deny the bond that they share.
This is something that class 1a comes to find out as the powerful, problem pair drop nicknames, stories and show their familiarity with the other without realising that's kinda what they're doing.
