Summary
After an eventful first couple of days at the Wayne Manor, Damian still has a lot of adjustments to do.
He was left with a new handler- no, a new ally? Friend? Brother? That refused to let him keep talking of himself as if he was a weapon. Except he was, and weapons just don't simply become humans in one day.
Besides, for this arrangement to work, he still had to confront the first mistake he made when introduced to his new home: attacking the current Robin to try and prove his father he was the logical upgrade. Because, somehow, at the Bat's house that was a mistake.

THEN
When Damian gets into a huge fight with his family, Robin is taken away. With Steph and Duke on a mission, and everyone else in the family but Dick giving him the cold shoulder, he decides to sneak out as Robin.
And gets kidnapped. By Aliens.And is held captive in space for 3 months.
The Batfamily tears Gotham apart looking for him. To no avail. Nothing.He is gone.
Kara Zor-El finds him in space. And he doesn't wanna go home.
NOW
Damian is finally heading home, after 2 years in space with Kara and Ruthye. Damian is very nervous, especially with all the trauma his body and brain still holds.
But. He comes home anyway.

Rewriting ✅The novel centers on Damian Wayne, who is living in nanda parbat with his family. He is a selfish and disagreeable 10-year-old boy who has been spoiled by his servants and neglected by his unloving Mother and Grandfather. When a cholera epidemic kills his Family and the servants, Damian is orphaned. After a brief stay with the family of an English clergyman, he is sent to Gotham to live with his now found Father, Sir Bruce Thomas Wayne, at his huge Bristol state, Wayne Manor. It seems that lately His Father is rarely in Gotham, however. Damian is brought to the estate by the governess, the fastidious Mrs.Cobblepot, who shuts him into a room and tells him not to explore the house.
I love the Bat-Family and I especially love Damian, so when I saw the movie The Secret Garden (1993) as soon as I saw the opening I couldn't help but imagine that Mary was Damian.
Some things are going to be the same as the movie or the book, others I am going to change because I think they do not match the personality of the character.
For a moment I thought Alfred could be Mrs. Medlock, but I would never do that to Alfred after being the only mentally healthy person in the Bat-family.sooo enjoy :)

Damian watches as the boys are herded through the portal, but not before Dickie locks eyes with him. Damian twitches his right eye twice. It’s the only reassurance he can provide in this moment. Be strong. Be safe. I love you.
The beginnings of a smile ghost over Dickie’s lips, then he’s swallowed by the tear of light. A small fracture in their universe. Damian can only hope they’ll be all right. He trusts Tim to take good care of them. Better than he ever did.
He wonders what they will do with him and Father. Whatever they decide, he hopes that it’s quick. But that’s probably more than he deserves.
