Summary
When Shen Qingqiu is put on public trial for murder, Huan Hua Palace unveils a memory artefact to expose his past before the entire cultivation world.
The cultivation world wants him condemned. Huan Hua Palace wants a spectacle. And with a device capable of dragging the past into the light, they are certain they will get both. The verdict has already been written on every face in the room.

Summary
Something goes wrong. The crown is split during Narinder's defeat, splitting the power between him and the Lamb.
Narinder keeps a portion of his godhood, and the Lamb finds that abilities they had access to before are no longer possible: Healing is cut short. Powers are halved. And there is a very real chance of permadeath, as the ability to resurrect is not possible without full power, and the God of Death is not cooperative.
Afterlife and Purgatory are not options either. Dying means erasure. Gone.Lambert knows Narinder grows stronger by the day, crown or not, and yet keeps him spared as they try to figure out how to complete their own goals. Narinder vows vengeance on the lamb for usurping him. After a few unsuccessful murder attempts, he's in for the long haul. It is only a matter of time before the Lamb's guard is down before he can strike, and The One Who Waits is very patient. When a mystic being demands they save the bishops from purgatory, an alliance is in order.
Except...the lamb's actions and their presence begin to unlock abilities within the God of Death he didn't know he had prior to his imprisonment, among other fickle things, like emotions. The prophecy didn't warn him of that part.

Summary
Hundreds of years ago, Dragonkind existed harmoniously with man, the Eternal Flame— a crystal given to the dragons by the gods who created life on the Earth— blessing the lands with its magic. One dragon is burdened with protecting and keeping sacred the Eternal Flame, chosen by the Flame itself.
One young dragon, the incarnation of the White Dragon— Creator of the world and benevolent king of the draconic gods— is given this burden. But his elder clutch-sister— who would come to be known as the Red Dragon— overcome with envy and hatred for her brother, believing the Eternal Flame was her birthright and not his, went on a rampage and single handedly slaughtered all but a few dragons— Ignis and a few of their kin, and the Eternal Flame swallowed by its Keeper.
Years of war broke out, and the White Dragon imprisoned Drakaina finally. Over her living tomb, a church was built, one where it was said the White Dragon blesses all who hear the hymns that sway one’s soul.
Now, a young man is on his way to see for himself whether the legends are true. His life however is ended in a snowstorm by a follower of Drakaina…
