    Every pro hero at least once a month would spend a shift on call for the Suicide Prevention Hotline. They never said they were pro heroes they simply spent the shift trying to talk to the lost and hurt souls of the people that called.
     
    It was a way for the heroes to help more than to just take care of villains out on the streets… plus sometimes… sometimes it’s not the villains in the flesh that put people in danger. Sometimes it’s the ones that are in the mind that do that.
