Summary
Will is sent to a summer camp in Canada by his family to reconnect with himself and God, but finds Macklin instead, a hot counsellor at the facility. Will has to battle with his desire for Mack, with the ghosts of a deep religious guilt, and with something darker going on at the campus, all growing increasingly as the days melt one into the other.

Will knows he loves Mack, but acting on that love is a sin. Being raised to be a good catholic boy, he’s left fighting between remaining faithful to his religion and his yearning to love Mack as something more than a friend. It’s a losing battle he’s fighting, having to choose between falling into that sin or following his heart, all with Mack only making the decision all the more complicated.

Summary
The town of Beacon Hills generally avoids the old Hale Manor. It’s surrounded by a forest of tall trees, winds that can’t possibly be anything but supernatural, and a foreboding sense of doom. The townspeople like to tell their children stories about it, like to tell them that if they listen closely enough, they can hear the beast howling in the night, looking for prey.
Stiles would like to inform them, however, that he’s probably just howling because Finstock decided that spicy soup was the way to go and spicy for Finstock is “ow-you-fucking-teapot-are-you-trying-to-kill-me?!” for normal people (or normal beasts– semantics, semantics).
