In the middle of battle a portal throws skitter into a new universe. This is a gentler universe with its own problem where she meets a handful of heroes. But not for long, because this is a WORM fic, so back to the bay be go, with new heroes to support the battle against the end of the world.
Personal note:
At first I was going to abandon this as the conflict between Paris heroes and Skitter solved way to quickly, glad I decided to continue as this was only the setup, as said above, this is a worm fic and thus we get the conflict of the way things are done in the bay vs wholesome French heroes. And as we go the conflict just keeps escalating, forcing our young heroes to be adults’ way to soon. -
