Summary
Aryu and Chigiri exchanged a look. The kind of look that said we're about to get answers, one way or another.
"Describe him," Chigiri said, settling back into his seat with his arms crossed. "Every detail. Don't leave anything out."
He closed his eyes, letting the memory wash over him.
"He had brown curly hair," he began. "But it faded into pink or purple at the ends—magenta, I think. His eyes were the same color. Huge eyes, with really long lashes. He had round cheeks, but a sharp jaw. And his lips..." Yukimiya's voice softened. "They were heart-shaped. Pink. Really... kissable."
Chigiri and Aryu exchanged another look. This one was different. Worried.
"What?" Yukimiya asked, sitting up straighter. "What is it?"
"Nothing," Chigiri said quickly. "Keep going. Did he tell you his name?"
The rain filled the void, a steady drumming on the roof. Chigiri's face had gone pale. Aryu's mouth was slightly open, frozen mid-though.Then, in unison, they both screamed.
"YOU SLEPT WITH ALEXIS FUCKING NESS?!"

Do you have some kind of savior complex or…” The words died in Michael’s throat as a soft scent overwhelmed him.
“You’re an alpha,” Michael gasped, pushing himself back so hard he fell back onto the pavement.
“Sorry, I’m so sorry, I didn’t mean to do that. I didn’t know you were an omega, and you just–” Alexis slammed his mouth shut fast like he was afraid he was about to say too much. “I won’t hurt you. I promise. Just let me help you.”
“I think you’ve helped enough.” Michael snarled. “Just leave me alone, I’m—”
Pain, sharp as a knife, sliced through his abdomen, and it bent Michael in half as he cried out. Heat rushed through his blood, and his heart pounded like a hammer in his head. The stress of the last few days, and the sudden onslaught of alpha pheromones, was making his body go into an early heat.
After being saddled with his father's debt, Michael tries to end it all. But an unlikely person rushes in to save him.

Summary
A banquet was held to honor the marriage of Kaiser and Ness— or rather, to celebrate their parents' success in finally forcing them to work together. Who gives a damn about the two children actually being forced into the marriage? They didn't care about each other. Kaiser only accepted because of blackmail, and Ness enjoyed the pleasure of sex with Kaiser.
Guess you could say they found some common ground. But it's only a matter of time before one of them falls in love with the other. The who, that is.
