Peter Hale was a well known mediator in certain circles. His methods were, in a word, eccentric. He got results though and his methods really weren’t any hardship on those who came to see him.
He used a specific kind of blackmail to be sure people upheld the very legal contracts that were signed in his presence. The girl would always be underage (though just barely), it was always recorded, and it always involved his custom designed desk.••• FYI: Stiles is underage in this story. Reference to when she was 16, but most of the story is when she is 17 and Peter is 34. •••
