Spider knew tonight would be a somewhat cold one near the communal cook fires in the middle of the village, Jake had finally begun rounding all his kids up and hissing at anyone who got to close.
It was bound to happen with Neytiri shot and still having some pain, Neteyam still somewhat unstable on his legs from the gun wound, Lo'ak running off, Kiri having another seizure and Tuk being held against Neytiri to get to him, Spider can say he was surprised it took nearly two weeks for Toruk to fly into the village.
To land ontop the sully's Mauri and for Jake to herd his family inside.
What spider didn't understand was why Jake was stalking the village head whipping and tail thrashing as he walked around like Toruk himself.

While he is held hostage in the Lab, he needs to protect baby Eleven and all the other kids (if they like it or not), try to not tell Brenner and his soldiers too much about the future and also work with the blooming obsession of noone else than Vecna/Henry Creel himself. Easy, right?
