Garak wants to play helpless at Julian’s mercy in bed, but he’s incredibly good at picking locks and escaping restraints. They play with a combination of restraints, and drug use in order to prevent Garak from escaping.

“This would be the moment for me to…mmhh,” Garak sighed as Julian picked up his legs and adjusted them into a better position. “To warn you that I’ll never break under torture?” He smirked, sleepily, as Julian began winding another length of rope around his ankles.
“And this would be the time for me to threaten you,” Julian said. “You’ll never escape me in this state.” He rubbed one hand down Garak’s calf, lovingly, before returning to the knot work.
