Summary
“Ah, no, no… I won’t die,” Elphaba talked facing the air rather than Glinda, but she rested her hand on her roommate's as she went on.
“The life force a good night’s sleep would grant me, I get from other things. I have a sister to take care of, much history and biology to study, I have a world to change. Too much keeping me pinned to this world. As long as I have those things, my body can’t stop working. I’m too stubborn to let it.”
Elphaba turned back to look at Glinda, and for a moment it looked as if she found something on Glinda’s face that didn’t sit right with her, but at times it was so hard to tell what Elphaba was feeling.
What Glinda could tell was that she had been staring long, and that she never felt as adoring as when she heard Elphaba talk. Maybe Elphaba could tell Glinda was the one far gone from this world, and completely devoted to hers.

Stephanie loves being Robin, she loves Batman, she loves being a hero, she loves being at the manor, she loves being away from home. She just loves everything about her new life, but with Bruce missing just when he had started to trust her, Barbara deciding to be an asshole, Dick too far away to help, Tim being the shittiest back up she could have found and Cass being the pain in the ass that she is it doesn't feel so nice anymore.
OR: In an AU where Stephanie became Robin before Tim Drake Batman goes missing and Steph has to try and help him even if everyone is telling her not to.
