Summary
Not wanting her children to lose their connection to the non-magical world, Oliver’s muggleborn mother decides for her family to spend the summer before Oliver’s final and his younger sister Maisie’s first year at Hogwarts at the Butlin’s holiday resort. Oliver, understandably miffed about missing the Puddlemere United summer camp, cannot think of a worse place to spend the holidays.
Marcus was really looking forward to his first free summer after graduating from Hogwarts. He was looking forward to academic freedom for all of two hours after which a letter from McGonagall informed him that he’d failed his N.E.W.T.s and would be returning to school in autumn. His parents (not just angry, but also disappointed) decide to send him to his genius sister for a summer of tutoring and revision.
When the two of them run into each other, both are convinced that their summer just got a whole lot worse. Because surely nothing good can come from seeing your Quidditch rival covered in sand and wearing much less than you ever wanted to see them in, right? Right?

Frodo was not precisely certain what a hobbit in love was supposed to do. He had taken to staring at the ceiling while thinking about Sam’s eyes, and frequently reliving in his mind’s eye every time he had ever made Sam laugh.
In which Sam is Frodo’s first love, and Frodo has no earthly idea what to do about it.

The permeating desperation, the dim but never-dying trail of hope, the powerlessness in the face of fate, or shall I call the ultimate peace/emptiness of mind bestowed upon you by the fatalist/heroist epic. Everybody is but willow leaves flowing down the stream.

Continuation of Life's Harsh and Sweet Lessons and story two of "Love in the Time of the Midlife Crisis" Dr. James Wilson will do anything for a friend who needs help, whether Dr. Greg House likes it or not. Just so you are aware I am not following the show's complete plot/ending (House never ends in my universe, though I alter its own world to my fancy..bwaahahahaah). In my stories, Cuddy is still Hospital Administrator, Wilson is healthy, and House is...well...still House. Hope you like!
