    If there is one thing that he has learned, it is that surviving is hard. By itself, choosing to survive and continuing to exist will be one of the hardest things to accomplish. By the next day he’s surprised he didn't die the day before.

    He should be dead by now, right?

    Didn’t his story essentially end the moment he was handed his death sentence in a diagnosis? Or was that where it began?

    He’s not sure if he believes in beginnings and endings.

    Does it matter how an ending starts when the end is near? Does it matter who is there and who isn’t, what he endures or overcomes? Does it matter how hard he tries, or how much he cares?

    People like Izuku survive until they don’t.

    Is that Living? Is it Surviving? Is it Death?

    ...What's the fucking difference?

    Izuku joined him on the floor. “Basic phrases, some verb conjugations. I could probably introduce myself and ask a few questions.”

    Katsuki flashed him a smug look. “So nothing important.”

    Izuku suppressed the urge to smack the back of Katsuki’s head, thinking resolutely of his Pros and Cons list.

    Katsuki is fluent in English. Izuku wants in. Unfortunately for all parties involved, learning a language takes a bucket of time, a spoonful of consistency, a gratuitous pinch of motivation and several large helpings of persistence. Too bad they forgot the communication.

    Alternate title: how creative can Bakugou get with his insults before they turn into terms of endearment?

    A deep sigh sounds from off set. “Cut.”

    Katsuki turns, confused, a frown on his face as he stares at their director.

    “Kacchan,” Izuku is sat to the right of the writers table in his tattered vigilante costume. His face is flushed pink. “You said baby.”

    “No I didn’t, I said Deku.”

    “You said baby.”

    “Did not.”

    Or; My Hero Academia is the most anticipated show of the year, and Izuku and Katsuki - the actors for the main characters Midoriya and Bakugou - may or may not be two idiots in love.

    (2) Do not do boyfriend duties.

    (3) Focus on your friends.

    (4) No sleepovers.

    (5) Spend time by yourself.

    (6) Focus on your hobbies.

    (7) Therapy.

    (8) Avoid prolonged one on one time.

    (9) Remind yourself why it will never work.

    (10) Never, ever tell him.
