“他什么都不知道！他不知道任何你和他的——”，唐纳德的话消散在空气里，马克已经越过大门，向走廊深处跑去，无视了所有对他投来目光的GDA员工。一个……二十五岁的西塞尔。这究竟是什么意思？

“我就在这呢。”，西塞尔说，另一只手揉了揉马克杂乱无章的头发。他想到马克曾经遭受的苦难，那些深夜里无形的崩溃，在他的面前落泪的时刻。这些记忆难以抹去，在他与马克确定了关系之后，他更是没法置之不理了。
怀疑可以在一边站会。他想着，能出什么错呢？归根结底，这可是马克啊。
西塞尔会永远后悔没有听信那份直觉。

Letting the 6 foot tall god-like alien into his home seemed like something he should feel advised against.
Hell, there was probably an entire protocol for it, not that he would have followed. Surprisingly, Nolan was a decent guest. Cecil didn’t consider himself an above-average host–he was ill-prepared for the company–but still Nolan never once complained; not even after days of sleeping on a stiff pull-out couch that his feet would dangle off the edge of, or when Cecil would get so annoyed from his incessant questioning of everything during their nightly TV ritual that he would shut down completely and slink off to bed soon after without so much of a grumble.
OR
Cecil is tasked with 'surveillance' of Nolan after he lands on Earth. That surveillance turns out being Nolan--with no identity or resources--crashing on Cecil's couch, learning about humanity through cable TV. Cecil tries to teach him how to cook and--with a little help from Cecil's selective attention and the freezer-life of beef--instead teaches him about the biology, fragility, and blind tenacity of humans and their nature... or at least one human's nature.
