   Summary

   Sirius Black cannot wait to return to Hogwarts for his sixth year — if only to be as far away from his family as possible.
   His mind is always restless, a constant storm of thoughts he can barely quiet. But everything begins to change when a new student transfers from Durmstrang. Who is this tall and marked with strange scars boy and what secrets is he hiding?

   A long Marauders fic beginning in sixth year and following them through the war, betrayals, fatal secrets, unexpected reveals, and prophecies that may not be as certain as everyone believes — an alternate telling of the First Wizarding War, where fate might not unfold the way it was meant to.
