一个老套的时空穿越梗，十八岁的三井和十五岁的流川在打完全国大赛后偶然穿越到不同的世界，在那里他们分别遇见了40+的Rukawa和Mitsui。
有捏他其他动画的部分，有cue到灌篮大电影TFSD的部分，尤其有cue到井上大神的部分。
胡乱总结一下就是：四个人的故事，三个人的穿越，两个人的守候，一个人是钥匙（key），还有一个带来混乱（chaos）。
预警：部分章节有成年人与未成年人的性爱描写。
