“Are you into Okkotsu?” Todo comes out and asks it, making Panda choke on his laughter. “The center,” he clarifies. “Number thirty-seven.”
Toge glares at Panda, knowing this is his friend’s doing. Great, now Toge has to commit murder before going to his class later. He should’ve just kept his mouth closed around Maki and Nobara.
“He fits my criteria,” Toge states with caution. “Why?”
Todo’s grin gets bigger. “Sweet. So, listen, we’re having a party this Saturday to celebrate winning our last game,” he explains. “Okkotsu will be there, so you should come.”
Now, this is interesting but also confusing. It’s not as if Toge is the only person interested in Okkotsu, far from it. It doesn’t make sense for Todo to be inviting him to the party. Okkotsu doesn’t even know Toge.
So, what the hell is Todo getting at here?
“Okkotsu likes you, so you should be there to give him some confidence before we play the quarter finals,” Todo suggests. “Just trust me and come.”
or, Todo and Panda try and set Toge up with Yuuta. Toge should've known better than to trust those idiots.

Summary
A crinkled piece of paper is shoved into his face. Wrinkling his nose, Yuuta steps back, uncrossing his arms so he can lift a hand and gingerly take it into his hand. His eyes scan the drawing scribbled onto the paper. A wanted poster. Upon the poster is a pale man with striking white hair and the most beautiful purple eyes he’s ever seen staring back at him. A black bandana obscures the bottom half of his face, making his eyes that much more enticing and inviting.
He can’t imagine what it would be like to see them in person.
It's said the bond between a dragon and their rider is sacred. However, there are those out there that exist who see these creatures as nothing but things to take down and find gain from.
Toge never thought he would have to worry about such a thing. Of course, life loves to prove him wrong, and it all changes the day a hunter finds specific interest in his life.

“I missed you,” Yuuta says, breathing in the scent of Toge, Toge, Toge—who smelled like glue and burnt styrofoam and wood shavings; acrid, familiar scents somehow easing the tension in Yuuta’s muscles—as he presses a trail of tender kisses across Toge’s hairline. “Kyoto wasn’t the same without you.”
And Toge laughs, short and breathy, separating just far enough for him to sign: You mean having someone spend your money?
“You spend my money either way though...?” Toge smacks Yuuta’s shoulders, drawing out a bark of laughter. Yuuta’s hands drift, resting against Toge’s hips. “No—Kyoto wasn’t the same because the days were boring, and you weren’t there to make it better.”
Toge’s heart was definitely going to explode. He breathes through the suffocating—satisfying—discomfort, hands coming up to sign: Tokyo wasn’t the same without you either.
