Mori Ougai had worked hard to earn his position as head of the Port Mafia, and he ruled with absolute authority. And, like any other who wielded absolute power, he was not someone to take an affront lightly. He was even less inclined to forgive and forget when the affront was committed by a spandex-clad man who claimed to fight for peace above all else. So, when he found himself dangling by the collar at the hands of Japan’s Number One Idiot during what should have been a routine meeting, he couldn’t help but laugh.
Finally. Something he could work with.

Chuuya had done a lot of batshit crazy things in his life–he’d taken out entire rival gangs with just Dazai at his side, he’d been betrayed by the people closest to him, and he’d even risen to be one of the most influential members of the Port Mafia before he even turned 16. But nothing could have prepared him for his next mission. A pro-hero? UA student? Him? And that bandaged freak was going to? What has the world come to?

Mori began.

Out of the corner of his eyes he saw Dazai straighten up.
“I need you both to do some infiltration,”
He continued, grabbing two folders from his desk drawer.
“There’s two groups in Musutafu that can cause trouble for us, I need you two to gather information so we can take them down.”
His eyes turned towards Chuuya, he held out one of the folders.
Nakahara Chuuya and Osamu Dazai are sent on a mission with one goal in common,
gather information.
Chuuya is placed with U.A, a hero school, how ironic.
Dazai is placed with the League of Villains, what a dumb name.

it's literally just a bsd x mha crossover, just for fun! i love these loll, and I wanted to put out my own take on it. kinda not so lighthearted tho cause I'm combining this with another fic I was writing for them but that I know will never be published; warning rn for references to drugs/sex.

“Come on, Chuu-ya,” Dazai said. “You can hit harder. You wanna make this convincing, right?”
Chuuya narrowed his eyes, but still grabbed Dazai’s shoulder and shoved a knee hard into his stomach. Dazai coughed hard, but let himself drop back to the floor at the impact, kicking out at the leftover leg Chuuya was supporting himself on to get Chuuya to follow him down. Chuuya hit the floor hard, and Dazai scrambled on top of him, now his own knee on Chuuya’s chest, to deliver a fist to the jaw.
But Chuuya was hooking a hand around the back of Dazai's knee immediately and pulling it closer to his head for leverage as he rolled into Dazai; Chuuya effectively flipped him over and reversed their positions.
“I don’t see why this is necessary,” Chuuya told Dazai, snaking a hand through his hair and grabbing it to force Dazai’s head uncomfortably to the side. “Isn’t this, you know, painful for you?”

So now the Pros Focus is on the big bad mafia. But if they were to focus on reforming Double Black, then the situation would be put in Double Black’s control.
And it would be disgusting to not save these orphans? Who had no guide in the world, who were forced and manipulated by evil men to be heartless killers by a brutal, unforgiving world?
I mean- have I mentioned they don’t have parents?

Summary
This was what he hated about Dazai–he talked big, but when it came down to it, Chuuya was pretty sure he had no plan. He had decided to leave the mafia in a rush of anger and emotion, taking Chuuya right down with him, and now look where they had ended up–a shitty apartment in Musutafu, signed up to be unqualified bodyguards. It was an almost laughable situation, but this was life, this was Chuuya’s life, and he wasn’t sure what it would become anymore.
He hoped that was a good thing.
Or: Chuuya and Dazai both leave the Port Mafia together, and in order to get away from Mori they both get a job working as undercover bodyguards for Class 1-A at U.A. high school.

Summary
Long before quirks appeared, ability users had long since waged war against each other unbeknownst to the rest of the world. Things changed the moment people began to learn of their existence, and suddenly they were being targetted worldwide. Powerful as they were, they were soon outnumbered and forced to go into hiding. It was around this moment when Yokohama, home to the highest number of ability users in the world, declared its own independence, erecting a barrier that enclosed its entirety from Japan and the rest of the world.
That was two centuries ago, and now, two children were found, bleeding and injured outside of its barriers. A new storm is brewing, and the two teens are caught right in the middle of it.
The question is, whose side are they on?
Thrust into a world that sees only in extremities, Dazai and Chuuya will have to forge themselves a path in between to protect what matters the most to them, even if it meant overturning a societal system forged two centuries ago.
