Summary
Hux is a retired Army General, running low on funds and VA benefits pay next to nothing. Phasma turns up with a job that pays well, but requires protecting, rather than murdering, the irritating spoiled brat, Kylo Ren. The brat's run off bodyguards for anything from seducing them to driving them to violence. Now, his parents seek someone else to fill the position. Hux wonders how long it will take him to bend the tantrum-throwing hell-spawn over his knee and give him the paddling he so richly deserves.

Darcy Lewis was not exactly fond of the stars, per se. The only reason she took the six week internship in New Mexico for some wack job astrophysicist was because she needed the credits.

Summary
Loki left a broken, destroyed shell of a man behind when Clint Barton was released from his magic. Now Clint must climb his way back into some vague idea of normalcy, when his world is now missing a vital, Phil Coulson-shaped piece.
Thankfully, he doesn't have to make the climb alone.

Summary
S.H.E.I.L.D. keeps records for everything the Avengers do, and I do mean everything.
That the clearance levels necessary to read these files is limited to a select and familiar few is a trivial detail, and the fact that Tony has hacked the system and seen everything anyway is the inducement of many tears and much rage in the Security Department.
Natasha is amused, Thor is confused, and Steve is bemused. Bruce still hasn't shared his secret for his zen state of being, Clint doesn't like being told he can't shoot people who annoy him, and Coulson wonders how he became Supernanny.
No one can agree on who is winning the Tower prank war, and they all agree that Game night is far more fun than is probably legal in fourty-three states and seventeen different countries.
Welcome to the Menagerie. Hope you've had your vaccinations.

Summary
Ghost, under threat of another psychological evaluation from both his CO and therapist, has been forced to partake in a penpal programme with another soldier in order to "practise empathy" and "re-establish human connection." He hates it until he doesn't.
MacTavish willingly volunteers for the SAS's new penpal programme because what the hell, it could be fun. And when his penpal ends up being adorably emotionally constipated, well, that certainly doesn't hurt.

Freaking Beautiful. What do you mean this was a fanfic and not a traditionally published work? Sacrilege!

Summary
For a long time, the 141 has been exclusively birds.
This isn’t by design; a lot of those that choose to go spec ops are birds, or particularly well-suited breeds of dogs and cats, the occasional mustelid and, for one particular mission where they’d had to house a foreign unit, a very inconvenient bull. Usually, though, it’s animals that are good in small groups as well as large ones, groups that can form flocks and packs and colonies, respectively.
They are a flock, mismatched and odd though they are, and Ghost has always assumed that, should they welcome a fourth into their unit, for a trial run or otherwise, their prime candidates would be other birds.

Summary
This is the Accidental Warlord and His Pack series, reorganized in an order that makes a little more sense. It's not precisely chronological, since some of the backstories are set well before With a Conquering Air, but it should flow nicely.

Summary
The rest of the soldiers give Ghost a wide berth instinctively, their prey-animal lizard brains unable to stomach sitting so close to him even when he's geared up and can't easily feed, even though they know he's impeccably collected and has never even hissed at one of them in warning. Those that have seen him in action know to be afraid, even with him on their side.
So Ghost has no qualms about gathering his tongue back into his mouth, rumbling lowly; "Shouldn't stare at me like that, Johnny."

Summary
From the kinkmeme: AU Warlord!Geralt receives Tribute!Jaskier as a sacrifice to appease him in every way possible. Jaskier has no choice on the matter and he’s fully aware of the awful rumours that have spread about Geralt and his ruthless conquests. (But we all know those aren’t legit.) A classic angst with a happy ending please! A dash of smut to heal those scars and a sprinkle of new found love!
Jaskier arrives at Kaer Morhen knowing his family gave him up without a second thought, and absolutely sure that the dreaded Warlord of the North will value him even less than his own blood did. But the White Wolf and his pack are not what Jaskier expected...and if he's unreasonably lucky, Kaer Morhen might become far more of a home than Lettenhove ever was.
...He is, in fact, going to be unreasonably lucky, because the Warlord of the North is a far finer monarch - and a far better man - than Redania's king has ever dreamed of being.
