Isla de la Alegría is a tiny beautiful island in the Caribbean. Almost no one has heard of it, and that's by design. The forward thinking founders of this island wrote the laws to permit any relationship, even sex between people over the age of 4. If it's a minor, if the parents and child give written consent for the child to be a sexual partner to an adult, anything is allowed. That's all it takes - a signature.
With this law, the largest industry coming out of the nation is porn. And the industry seems to be growing by the day. Parents seeing a way to make a lot of money off of their children take a trip to the island nation multiple times a year, some even moving full time to take advantage of every year they can get.
Michael and his parents visit the island for a summer, eager to learn whether the 7 year old has what it takes to become the next major child porn star.
