Summary
Bradley Uppercrust III, or 'Brad', as Maximilian Goof calls him, is back at school after being out for three weeks following the X-Games. Tank slingshotting Bradley into the blimp has forced new fears and new feelings into Bradley's life. All he wants now is to get through his last two years at State and graduate. He's on thin ice with the school and his father, so he needs to not make another mess or spill too much in therapy. However, Max seems to have other ideas.

Max had hoped to never see Bradley again, ever, after the X-Games. So why was Bradley walking up to him and his friends? Was he actually being serious, or was this another scheme? Wait, does Brad actually have a heart?

Bradley apologizes to everyone because he needs it for himself. He doesn't want forgiveness, just wants peace. Max forgives him, because he's Goofy's son (and because Brad gave him a pencil in class).

Meeting him in the restroom of a club hadn't been what he expected either.
God, how drunk was Bradley? Freaking out about how no one but Max could see him? The dude really needed help--where'd he go?

Summary
As the new Alpha freshman on campus Max Goof has a lot to prove and great expectations to live up to. He is on track for success until he challenges the King of campus himself, a pompous, arrogant, egotistical Alpha who Max cannot get out of his head. Has Max bit off more than he can chew or will prioritizing his feud with Bradley payoff in the end.

Another few minutes passed in silence after that, both of them too engrossed in their own homework to say anything further. Peter had put his headphones in so he could concentrate better without any distractions.
“Michael,” the guy says suddenly. Peter looked up at the sound of his voice, but he didn’t hear him quite clearly.
He pulls an earbud out of his ear. “What?”
The guy—Michael, apparently—clears his throat. “My name is Michael,” he doesn’t look at Peter as he speaks, he’s scribbling something on his notebook instead.
“Oh,” Peter breathes out. He didn’t expect the guy to introduce himself. “I’m Peter.”
“I know who you are.”
