The Royal Scientist of the Underground. As some would call him, the only hope to break the barrier, keeping the whole monsterkind trapped. He wouldn't argue with those claims either.
In fact, if anyone would dare to ask him, he would agree with them wholeheartedly. He himself was the most intelligent of all the monsters, the last of his own kind.
Maybe it was due to the narcissistic tendencies that so many monsters have accused him of, or maybe it was just his own pride. Whatever it was, there was no doubt that W.D. Gaster, indeed had an important role in the Underground, a role he was well aware of. -
