Summary
You know how it goes in every universe, a Sun can’t really exist without its Moon, and vice versa. Sure, in some places, Moons can be abusive assholes to their Suns, and in others, Suns might end up taking killing their Moons fed up with the abuse. But at the start they’re always together. So, what if a Moon came into existence without a Sun? What if there was no one to calm their rage or to protect? Just a Moon feeling this constant emptiness, like something crucial is missing.

First: She's blind. Actually, truly blind. And second: Zuko's a stupid, awkward, over-protective drama queen who somehow makes her blindness all about him.
