Hit so close to home at times that I found myself having to pause and give myself time to stop crying. I may not have the same ace experience but sometimes our feelings seem universal, if asexuality was our small cosmos. I wish more romances like this were written. I wish more ace characters like these, that aren't the cold, introverted stereotypes, were written. I wish these stories had a bigger impact on the world. These infinitesimally small things make me hope that one day, when we are recognised and accepted as something else than the "quirky virgins", I can be open about who I am to the real world, and have my own happy ending, no matter who it is with, no matter if I still feel the way I do now or not.
Thank you, author. You don't know how good and cathartic this felt.

But he also believes, and is completely sure, that he doesn’t mind knowing that he is monopolizing Kyoutani’s personal space with the help of words when he has already done so with his arms and by slamming him into a wall many years ago.
He gets used to doing it, Kyoutani too.
