Summary
After the brutal assassination of his father, Chan inherits leadership of The Fang Syndicate, the largest and most feared gang in Seoul. His hopes for a more peaceful, less violent future are thrown into chaos when he discovers a battered rival gang member, Felix, locked in a holding cell in the basement.
