Summary
The Demon of Vyrantium should not be feeling this way, he was a master assassin a cold-blooded killer or at least that was his reputation, little did anyone know that while he killed people for a living he would much prefer to sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cook something delicious for himself or for those he cares about, yet here he was brooding in the pantry, Spite was being especially relentless tonight, goading him, taunting him about his growing feelings for a certain fellow Crow now going by the name Rook, Spite grows tired of Lucanis keeping his distance and pulling away and decides to give him a little push.
My take on that almost kiss scene, well in this scenario there is definitely a kiss and more, so think of this as alternative universe in this universe this scene happens further in the game and they have been working together for longer, dancing around the growing feelings between them until it comes to a head with a little help from Spite.
