The pregnancy test sits on a strip of toilet paper on the sink counter innocently.
She’d panicked after realizing that her period was late by two weeks and she’d been feeling off for a while. And of course putting two and two together…she’d bought a pregnancy test.

“Neither have I, and I’m a lesbian.” Hen chuckled and Buck promptly pulled her hand away from his face. “I don’t think tongue piercings work all that well on women, Buck. I speak from experience.”
“Who said it was for women?” Buck asked a little too defensively and everyone paused. Even Ravi had stuck his head back into the conversation.

Buck gets a tongue piercing and desperately tries to hide it from the 118 until it heals. Obviously it goes awry.
