Summary
At some point their relationship got fucked up enough that Ilya helps wax Shane’s pubes when they’re in town together, instead of doing normal couple things like watching Iron Chef or having brunch. Ilya thinks it started happening around, after the time he had to beg Shane not to bleach his asshole but before they both started peeing while taking showers together. “I just want a clean slate,” he tells Ilya very seriously, but they come to a compromise that he should keep something short and trimmed above his dick. Ilya, on the other hand, is under strict instruction to never touch any of his pubic hair, lest Shane have nothing to hold on to when he’s working the head with the back of his throat, so it’s kind of a shock when he says, “We should wax your ass too.”

Rozanov sidled up to the sink and caught Shane’s eyes in the mirror as he wet his hands under the spray, “Having fun, Hollander?”
“Yeah, um. You?” Shane suddenly regretted all the drinks. He felt too big for his own skin and here was Rozanov, looking like some sort of runway model in this dingy bar bathroom, the dim yellow light highlighting his cheekbones, making him look gaunt and angelic.
“Yes. Many nice looking people here,” Rozanov said, crowding Shane into the paper towel dispenser, under the guise of reaching behind him to grab one and dry his hands, “Your cheeks are very pink.” He crumpled the paper into a ball and tossed it into the trash can.
“Yeah that uh, happens when I drink, sometimes,” Shane said, looking somewhere around Rozanov’s left shoulder.

Summary
Commuting back and forth between Boston and Montreal is boring, flight delays are even worse. Even MORE boring are the amount of dick pics on a certain app as Ilya's looking for some entertainment. But then there is Shane, Shane is only 788 meters away. Shane is a bottom (allegedly) and Shane has the most aggressively straight profile Ilya has ever seen on a gay hookup app. He just needed to make sure he wasn't a straight who lost his way, that was the only reason he messaged him and agreed to meet him in an airport lounge.
It was the only reason they kept meeting up after that, just to make really really really sure he wasn't straight.
