“Of myself?” One ear flicking Silver turns over, a loving touch of cyan pressing down Espio’s thumb resting on the camera’s button still. Every picture gets scrutinised just as closely as Espio was, the hedgehog humming the more come by. All Silver-less… “Huh. You’re right, I don’t,” the other eventually concludes. “Strange. It never really crossed my mind to do that.”

After receiving a camera from Espio as a little gift, Silver has gone quite crazy with the picture-taking… except of himself. Something that must be rectified most quickly, if it is up to Espio. It’s only unfortunate memory cards with limited storage are a thing.

To his surprise, Espio actually laughs. Not a large, explosive laugh like Vector’s or Tangle’s, or a modest giggle like Amy’s or Tails’; it’s a softer thing, the sound rumbling from somewhere deep in his throat, and Silver feels something like a wildfire burning in his face. Honestly, he can’t tell if Espio’s laughing at him or at his joke. But it’s a gift either way.
