Summary
Kagome Higurashi has her dream job, working as a photographer for the internationally well-known Yugen magazine. Her career whisks her all around the world, leaving her feeling lonely sometimes but mostly just incredibly grateful to be doing what she loves. When she gets assigned to Alaska for a month to photograph a series of celestial events, she runs into Inuyasha, a half-demon who lives on his own in the middle of nowhere. A mutual attraction draws them to each other, but Kagome's time there is limited. Will giving in to their desire lead to love or heartbreak?

Summary
Lucy Heartfilia has never been to a party that didn't make her skin crawl. Wayward glances and cutting words always found a way to embed themselves into her skin, and if given the opportunity she would rather be anywhere else. At the very least, Lucy was good at distractions. Her choice for the night was a pink-haired waiter who had clearly never attended an event like this before. His stumblings and missteps were a good distraction, an indication of freedom kept far from Lucy's reach. If only for a night, Lucy could escape vicariously through another's envious life.
Natsu Dragneel hated suits. He hated dressing up in stuffy outfits that restricted movement and the importance a suit demonstrated was of no significance to him. Yet there he was, bumbling around. He wanted out of this cold ballroom as fast as possible but in the meantime, he would look for some kind of fun in the meantime. Anything that could pique his interest and make this ridiculous job worthwhile.

“Are you done studying yet?” Inuyasha growled and kicked some sand towards Shippo’s ankles.
“No, but we can go, I think I’m burnt anyway...” Kagome mumbled. Shippo wriggled from her grasp to show off his forearms with a giant, cheeky grin.
“I’m not burnt at all! Must be a human thing. Demons like us just tan!” He grinned, glancing up at Inuyasha.
She followed his gaze to the dog demon and huffed.
Of course he was the perfect shade of caramel bottle tan, and he didn't even have a clue.
