The thought of Kacchan going into a rut while they are trapped in this cave together should be terrifying. Any unmated omega in their right mind would feel nothing but dread at the mere possibility of being at the whims of an instinct-drunk alpha.
Surprisingly… or maybe not that surprisingly at all, Izuku can only feel the tickle of anticipation in the pit of his stomach.
