“I have my eye on someone,” Levi tried to suppress the thrill that ran down his spine.
Ah. There it was.
“Oh?” Levi’s interest was piqued, he followed Erwin in rising from his chair and turning fully to the blonde, “And who might that be?”
When the name left Erwin’s lips, Levi’s breath caught in his throat.
Of all the soldiers in their sector, he hadn’t expected that name.

Summary
The sun is only just rising when your eyes flicker open, the warm body underneath you stirs and you hear a large sigh escape him. When you find the energy to sleepily push up and look down at him, he’s studying your face. You try to smile, but it feels wrong to do so; instead, you blink slowly, trying to convey a silent message. The look in his eyes assures you he understands and he’s returning the gesture.
‘Thank you’
A moment later, you’re slipping through the chamber door and making your way back to your dormitory, feeling more rested than you have in months.

The students will tell each other about their weekends, some hushed gossip of such and such spotting ‘Mr Smith leaving the carpark with that moody art teacher in his passenger seat again.’

”It’s sickening,” he said with gritted teeth, glaring down at Erwin with his sterling silver eyes, ”it’s eating me alive.”
