Summary
Altea was a beautiful kingdom which offered a second chance of life after death. A safe haven for those taken by illness, suicide, murder; etc. It was where Allura’s mother was, her father assured her as a young child. She was taken to watch over the younger souls who needed guidance in this kingdom.
When faced with the unyielding and harsh reality of life and death, Allura finds comfort in the bedtime story and that perhaps if she lives a good life she could end up on Altea with her mother. To placate her heavy heart she honors the last wishes of those she has lost in the best way she can.“I hope I can go to the moon.” Are the words she is left with from a young girl. This brings her on a journey to bring her students and many others to start a program for young astronauts. Through the years of her work she meets and loses many people and is driven by the same words and the same stories her father told her in hope she too can go to the “moon.”

Summary
The local band is always looking for a new member, or so says the sign posted on the window of the coffee shop Keith had frequently visited in his post-break up depression. Keith had absolutely no interest in joining a band, especially one that used comic sans on their recruiting poster. That was until he actually met the band and watched them perform. Their meme lord of a leader had a voice like silk and they were all talented. He wasn't sure what they were missing, but if he could fill in that spot then perhaps joining their bad would be better than wallowing in self pity for forever.

I'm planning to rewrite a lot of these fics to fit my new changed ideas but I didn't want to delete these things I wrote so I'm separating these into a separate series from my new rewritten AU. The boy is still in the front of the group, but he doesn't take off his glasses so Keith can't tell what he's really looking at -- either the menu or Keith. Keith feels a flash of annoyance but smothers it and pins his smile in place.
