In the week between the Rinne Festival and New Year’s Eve, Sasuke develops a burning hatred for Gaara and wrestles with a misunderstanding that could ruin everything, while Naruto has no idea what just happened—he's just waiting for Sasuke to stop running and say what he really means (while sober, this time).

A "missing scene" of sorts from episode 43 of The Untamed. The pan out over the Jingshi with their song playing felt very much to me like a subtextual sex scene. So I wrote that hypothetical scene.

Summary
He hoped that Jean didn’t feel guilt like this, coursing through his veins, making him tense with pain. Armin wanted to shield him, protect him from the world. Jean was all soft smiles and long limbs, careful fingers and kind embraces, and Armin thought, as long as he lived, he’d never think Jean did anything to deserve this. He knew he would do anything in his power just to make sure Jean didn’t have to hurt like this too – he’d consume all the guilt and pain if he knew it would just keep Jean safe.

The calm, stillness of the room felt eerie, almost as if something were soon to erupt or explode, and while the fingers pressed into him felt like a warning, the trained green gaze locked with his felt like a plea.
Perhaps Armin could set Eren free from whatever had taken hold of him since that day at the beach.
He was desperate to.
