"Yea, that pretty much sums it up." Dream responded.

Dream and Techno escape prison through extremely well-timed time travel and try to make their way back home. And maybe grow as people on the way. (Probably not though)

Summary
When they awoke, they were falling.
Gray rocks rushed past them as they descended, and in seconds their body crashed into the cold stone floor. Their dark body was shot with white-hot pain, and they let out a hoarse cry on impact. They felt as if they could barely move and their head was stuffy as if someone had stuffed it full of cotton.
While their body laid prone on the floor, their mind ran at a faster pace than the best stag. They began to question many things. Where were they? Before this they were...they were...they… they couldn’t remember. Anything. Their name, their past, their whereabouts.
Nothing.

Dark Cacao goes to defeat a dragon, but in the way he meets a mysterious traveler who suspiciously reminds him of his son.

Beside the fire sits a lone figure. A traveler wrapped in a dark cloak. The hood conceals nearly everything except the lower half of his face. But even from a distance, something about him seems… familiar.
Dark Cacao immediately dismisses the thought. Years of ruling had taught him that familiarity could be a dangerous illusion.
The traveler looks up as Dark Cacao approaches. For several moments neither speaks. Then the stranger smiles faintly. "I was beginning to wonder how long it would take you."
Dark Cacao narrows his eyes. "You know who I am."
