    In an alternate world where Clark Kent is just Kal-El and Krypton is a powerful galactic empire, Kal-El has arrived to conquer Earth to either join it to his empire or destroy it.

    The Justice League, with their hands tied, agree to kneel before an all-powerful empire with an even more powerful Emperor. And to show their loyalty, they must, like all conquered worlds, offer concubines.

    Enter Jason Todd, Red Hood, a powerful metahuman-assassin with sealed powers who has been thrown into the arms of the Kryptonian Empire as an offering to the Emperor.

    He must survive the imperial harem that wants to kill him, enemies who want to possess him, and his certain death once he is called to serve the Emperor.

    But Jason will survive, and he will do it like Scheherazade.

    Born into Crime Alley, he realized early that his biology as an Omega was a death sentence. To escape the violence and exploitation he saw daily, he dedicated himself to a desperate act: masking his nature through aggression, defiance, and sheer force of will. He pushed himself to the limit, hoping that by perfectly faking the temperament of a different secondary gender, he could eventually trick his own biology into a more survivable manifestation.

    For some people, it worked.

    For some people, it didn't.

    But Jason was nothing if not determined.

    And then, he met the Batman. And all of a sudden, none of it mattered.
