Summary
Midoriya was actually surprised that it took so long for his nightly escapades of jumping off buildings to be interrupted by pro heroes. He had already been doing it for weeks when the first hero showed up. Although they really had nothing to worry about. Midoriya was just a person who happened to find joy in falling from the tops of buildings while listening to absolute bangers that just made him feel alive.
tldr; Midoriya has a quirk and uses it to jump off buildings while listening to music, as such pro heroes get involved.
