In the beginning, there was a collective of voices. The collective needed a muse, for they could not create full universes. The only things they could make were unwhole sketches, and from one of those sketches, came their much needed muse, who was named Ink.
At first, Ink obeyed their needs. Created what they wanted him to. But when Ink wants to create on his own, the collective, "The Creators", needed another being, as their viewing of Ink's creations were deemed useless for their multiverse.
That other being is a glitch that fell into the anti-void, Error.
But, even though this issue is easy to fix, stubbornness leads to otherwise.

Це тривало останні кілька місяців. Не те що б Кіллер з’явився нещодавно. Якщо Блуберрору не здавала пам’ять, то Найтмер заручився підтримкою цього скелета вже як з п’ять чи десять років. Можливо, трохи більше, але не менше. І з першого бою, як казав Інк(що на диво якось зміг запам’ятати той уривок) все пішло кудись не в ту сторону.
Але так не могло продовжуватися. Дрім і себе і їх замучає до на півсмерті. Їм треба нарешті змусити їх говорити! І не на полі бою. Найтмер може і теж потерпає від цих двох, але допомагати не стане.
Їм треба хтось, хто зможе достукатися до Кіллера. Або принаймні передати йому записку. Так! Вони могли б змусити їх зустрітися на нейтральній території і вирішити все раз і назавжди! І здається в нього навіть був знайомий, який би вліз в таку авантюру.
- У мене є ідея! – заявив він весело всміхаючись. Кор оцінюючи змірили його поглядом.

Within this realm, Dreamtale exists as an enigma, plucked from another Multiverse entirely. The tragedy of it's Story forced to continue beyond it's Endings, for it forced the concept of Balance into the Multiverse's rules. Now open-ended, the only two Characters wanders throughout the Multiverse as one of it's Outcodes.
Dream broke out of stone to one colorful and curious Inkblot, so much to comprehend for someone so small. But alive nonetheless.
Nightmare woke up freshly dead.
