It was Somnus's intent to leave the adagium in a place of great secrecy, the rocky shores of Angelgard was a blessed fortress though against human hands, Somnus chose to cast the wretch in a sunken dungeon the in the watery ruins of Solheim. Perhaps there time would pass and perhaps there, his brother could awaken to a more hopeful world. Follow Ardyn on a ship as he comes to terms with being a stranger lost to time worse the hot mess that is himself before meeting good of Verstael!

Sort of a Doctor Who crossover, though no Doctor Who knowledge is required. The story is almost exclusively FFXV.

Summary
A refugee in industrial Solheim, newspaper hawker Prompto Argentum encounters fresh-off-the-boat Noctis and they become fast friends as he shows him the ropes for how to get along in their new country. However, he soon learns a stunning secret: Noctis is the prince of recently-invaded Lucis, deposed and in hiding with his two retainers as he seeks help for his people and hopes to wait out the war - a war with the very army Prompto defected from. Summary
This story follows a young Ardyn, Somnus, Gilgamesh and original characters as they live in the fledgling Order of Lucis, a religious group tasked with safekeeping the Crystal until they can pass it on to the first of the Lucis Caelum name.
The reluctant priestess, Celeste, committed her life to the Astrals and a higher purpose out of necessity but finds that having her younger sister join the priesthood brings complications she did not foresee. Celeste finds out that the very same “higher purpose” might have her sacrificing more than she can bear.
Ardyn, dubbed Healer and Chosen One, is eager to help a people left in shambles in the wake of the Astral War. Fully committed to the Crystal and the Order even if he does not always agree with their ways, he goes out of his way to heal those afflicted with the Starscourge until the day he can take the journey required of him to ascend the throne. He and his retinue will face Astrals and their monumental trials with no idea what is in store at each turn.
Ardyn's relationships are tested as he struggles with himself, the ways of the Astrals and the Order, and the choices he makes leading up to becoming the Accursed we see today.
