Where Shoto wakes up in the hospital and Midoriya and Bakugou are there and tells him that he has a concussion. Shoto sees Bakugou's injured leg and ask if it's okay. Shoto gets dizzy at one point and grabs onto the bed rail to stabilize him and says he's fine when he notices Midoriya looking worried.
Midoriya says he doesn't think he can believe Shoto when he says he's fine now and this makes Shoto cry and eyes water and Bakuogu scolds Midoriya for making Shoto into a crybaby.
Midoriya apologizes and Shoto admits that his definition of fine is different and that pain is easy to ignore for him. Bakugou and Midoriya are angry when they hear this and it's because they know it's Endeavor who taught Shoto this. Bakugou says pain is not fine and that the person who taught Shoto that is gaslighting him. Shoto ask if gaslighting is a slag word and Bakugou says fuck while Midoriya explains it to him. Bakugou mentions that he's surrounded by self-sacraficing people.

For a moment Todoroki was weightless, watching as the ice broke apart underneath him. It fell into the water, which was still coming up at them. His eyes strayed up to Bakugou, who had turned around with shock and horror on his face.
He could see Bakugou reaching a hand out to grab him, and then he was falling.
In other words, what if Midoriya had not reached Bakugou and Todoroki in time to help them escape during the OVA episodes in season 4?

Where the collapsed mall has is being flooded and Bakugou stays behind with Shoto. They build an ice platform while Bakugou explodes the ceiling but one of the ceiling pieces lands on the ice platform and causes Shoto to fall back into the water. Bakugou says Shoto is not okay after he says he is even though he fell three floors. Izuku comes and then Shoto gets swept under water and almost drowns and gets a concussion. Izuku goes to get Shoto under the water while Bakugou goes to get Aizawa.
When Izuku pulls Shoto out of the water, he's not breathing but he doesn't cpr him, just sternal rub. Shoto has a concussion and Izuku wraps up his wound. Shoto gets dizzy as he tries to stand up, but Izuku helps him as he makes another ice platform for them. Aizawa, Bakugou, Uraraka, and Recovery Girl comes. Shoto collapses as he stands but Kirishima and Kaminari help lower him to the floor and even Bakugou is worried. Shoto faints after Recovery Girl kisses him. He wakes up and Aizawa says he's proud of him and the others are happy that he's okay and Bakugou says it's good to see he's still kicking.
