Summary
Ashlyn Orchid--a lone traveler, wandering from town to town--is attacked outside the city of Dria. She is found by single mother Maria, who treats her wounds and takes her downtown. But, unfortunately, something goes wrong. A drug is released into the street, the townsfolk begin tearing each other apart, and the city falls into chaos.
Ashlyn takes it upon herself to protect Maria and her three children (Jaime, Alda and Maya), and maybe, just maybe, they'll survive the night.

Summary
On the planet of Seto, two major factions have dominated recent history: the Mages, who can wield magic and weave arcanic arts by drawing Sigils; and the Oracles, who have psychic abilities through experimentation with an ancient power source known as "the Origin." The conflict between them has resulted in numerous wars and countless deaths. Many years ago, the seven most powerful families of Mages and Oracles ceased the fighting in the city of Kridon, and they built the Tower of Hope as a monument to this peace.
Eleanor Haley is a rebellious Mage living with her sickly sister. Zoey Lovrin and Jacob Micolta are star-crossed lovers. Ryoken Fukunaga is stuck in the shadow his wildly successful brother. Miles Lawman just wants a normal life. When the five of them are accused of helping orchestrate an attack on the Tower of Hope, they form an unlikely alliance. Now, these strangers team up to clear their names, avenge the fallen, and destroy those who oppose them. No matter the cost.
NOTE: I still intend to write a small sequel resolving this novel's loose ends, but the story is in the process of being heavily edited. More is explained in the author's notes.

Summary
