Chapter one sees the gang, or Flock as Gabriel likes to call them, on a picnic. They're interrupted by an emotionally volatile (still not really all that intimidating) Furfur.
Chapter two takes a cute little detour to learn a little more about Eric. (And an angelic "party trick" that Beelzebub finds very interesting)
Chapter three loops back on Furfur's tale, and whomever it was he was trying to keep a secret in the beginning. (Not much of a surprise to characters or readers alike)
This is part of a series and will make the most sense if you start from the beginning!

“Excuse me?” She turned to see a demon slouched on the end of the couch, feet up on the nearby coffee table.
“I’m just trying to be nice, seeing as I’m stuck here, and I’m going to guess now you are too.” He put his hands up in preemptive surrender.
“Sure.” She was not going to take the word of a demon at face value. She first tried the door. No luck, then a simple apparation back to heaven. Nothing there either.
A little "accident" traps the duo in an unused break room for a little while. All the other times they meet up are all on them though.

Crowley does everything he can to take care of Muriel, and Muriel figures out a way to take care of him back...
It does take place in The Best of Buddy Holly universe, but can definitely stand alone. Timeline wise it's kind of concurrent with the other stories!
