Summary
Ah, Christmas. The yule log glowing brightly on the hearth. The table laden with a feast provided by the shared efforts of the Grey children. Sir Thomas cheerfully delivering gifts from the bountiful harvest to his subjects and neighbors. Peace and goodwill all around. A beautifully traditional Christmas.
This is Covington Cross, where it doesn’t quite happen that way.
Also there are badgers. And crabs.
“Christmas dinner. Dinner means death. Death means carnage. Christmas means carnage. Christmas means carnage!"
