Description:

Athena, the teen with the ability to kill at the touch of their hands, is forced to face the truth of a world not made for them and their uncles, specifically their biological cousin turned uncle Rae, who would do anything to make sure they could find joy and a place in the world without struggle, make the world fit Athena.
But that journey leaves Rae extremely sick, and soon ends up with another uncle, Alerion’s, death and crime rates spiking.
Athena has to face the fact that in attempting to change the world for them, Rae ended up changing it to fit no one and the teen is left picking up the pieces and fitting the world to make sure no one was ever pushed away like they were.
But between Rae’s illness getting worse, their abilities being a danger, the mystery behind their parent Netherum, and whatever their uncle Fable is up to,things won’t ever seem to go their way.
When will the never ending battle end?

Notes:

Athena have powers.
Rae, Aax, and Caspian try to help.
Rae ends up sick because of it.
Netherum has secrets to missing.
Fables a little shit.
Alerion dies.
And then Athena decides ‘heh let’s make superhero's a thing!’
When I say stories tend to write themselves… this story was never supposed to have hero’s, it was just supposed to surround Athena’s ability and how Rae tried to keep it from affecting them, but then I spent a while just zoning out and then superhero’s became a thing-
