When Soobin suggests doing ‘Secret Santa’ this year, Beomgyu is elated. He isn’t the best gift-giver in the world, so only having to go out of his way to pick out a present for one of them instead of four? What a blessing. Nothing could go wrong.
Until he finds out that he's been stuck with Yeonjun, that is, and he realises that he’s still doomed after all.

Summary
Beomgyu is what some people might call superstitious. He never sleeps with the fan on. During high school, he snacked on yeot every night that his studies consumed him. And he never whistles at night, on the off chance that he’d be the unlucky guy to actually summon an evil spirit.
For him, it’s more of a safety net. It’s his just in case. He’s not going to be the one to question his ancestors and become the unfortunate victim to a tragic accident. He’s smarter than that.
But, when he learns about an old English-wives tale a month before he’s set to be married, suddenly things feel a lot more like life or death.
(“Soobin-hyung! You have to help me,” he argues, pout on his face resolute. “This is about the future of my relationship. My marriage. Do you want to curse me for the rest of my life?”
“What does the future of your relationship have to do with my Nintendo Switch?”)

Summary
He sets it down on the table in front of him, and Yeonjun leans forward to inspect it. It’s an oddly shaped red glass bottle. The bottle of it is blown out and thick, leading up to an uncapped tapered top. It looks to Yeonjun like a really fancy candle holder, or a cup for a weird tea party.
He looks back up at Soobin.
“What’s this?”
Soobin grins at him like he’s hiding a secret. “Your birthday present.”-
Soobin gives Yeonjun a genie in a bottle for his birthday present. Chaos and carnage ensues, as per usual.
