    CELIA, CELIA I'M SCREAMING!!! I'M ACTUALLY SCREAMING!!! oh my god, okay first of all, I love that you told this from Chigaya's POV?? like, it's so easy to slip into his shoes and relate to him being intimidated and feeling out of place with all these weirdly intense volleyballers, and he's such! a good kid!! always looking out for Kageyama and eating meals with him!! it was a fun POV to follow along with, heartening to see him gradually make friends and find a place in the camp, and amusing seeing the things he notices about Miya and Kageyama and everyone else.

    and now, /Miya/ oh my god. okay, even his first appearance the story, via that text message, was just so ~casually cool~, listen, I don't know how to explain it but it's such a mild yet distinctive way to enter the story!! and Kageyama's little understated awe of Miya - greeting him instantly by name, the bit about having a page next to his in the monthly mag!! HIS LITTLE WOBBLE OF A SMILE OH M YGOD HE'S SO CUTE!! and I loved the glimpse into Miya in that magazine - you just really captured Miya's intriguing character so well!! and how he looked like he was glancing at Kageyama across the page oh my god I'm so (fire emojis)

    and, gah, Kageyama reflecting on how he could have been similar to Miya..!! THE LINE ABOUT THE FATE LINE/LIFE LINE DIVERGING!!! oh man, these little details were all just so great *__* this was a wonderful read, and thank you so much for building up the Miya tag anD SHARING THIS WITH US ALL!!!! <3333

      thank you for swooping in so fast to read this! i usually never read the manga that in-depth, nor do i really go back to reread a lot, so writing this was definitely an experience for me. i don't think i've ever reread a chapter that much in my life. it's really made me realize how many things i missed on first reading, and now much you can really take away from a mere 20 pages. just. LIFE CHANGING LOL. i feel like i am Chigaya... me at uni is like... why am i here with all these scary people, but i'm glad he's relatable :-) there had to be a reason why he was around kageyama the entire time HAHAHA

      and miya... sweats... M I Y A... he gives me the impression that he knows exactly what to say and when to say it, the right words to spur someone in the right direction. idk. I hope we get to see more of him in the future. maybe at nationals!! we don't even know what school he's from cries. thanks again for reading! (nudges you re: filling up the miya tag)
