    But omg am I glad that I ignored my reluctance to read this particular kink because this is AMAZING and oh god that shift between how Paul is in the fight vs afterwards and how that cheeriness is both a mask but also genuinely him makes my heart ache so much for him. And I loved John deciding to slip out of the house rather than burst in on them, it felt so real that he didn’t want to hear it and maybe also didn’t want to force Paul to have to acknowledge that he’d overheard any of it. Okay I’m just rambling now but omg I just really truly loved this.
