   That would make it not show input buttons such as the revert site skin button

      hmm, yeah, i suppose. definitely seems a poor idea to add into any code, but i see how someone could make the mistake if they were trying to remove text boxes and didnt know what it meant.

         Moreso it's easy to either be removing a section and accidentally remove an extra line or two and combine 2 rules, or to be editing an already existing skin that had a list of things being changed in the same way, and not realize what one of the things in the list means
