Summary
Many things in life could be blamed as the reason Luca was here. His mother loved hockey, and so she got him into the sport. That started it, but maybe the real blame fell on Ilya Rozanov for being his idol and inspiring him to continue. Now it would be Rozanov’s fault that he died in the middle of Los Angeles in a car with the rest of the younger Centaurs with an insane driver behind the wheel.
“I love you all but I need everyone but Holmberg to shut the fuck up.” Young’s knuckles were white with how tightly he was gripping the steering wheel. “Haasy, please. This is LA. The pedestrian will be fine. Pointy, you scream like a goat giving birth. Stop. Bergy, tell me when to turn left.”
